Location: San Francisco, CA | Hybrid (3 days onsite per week, 2 days remote work)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM (occasional weekends)

Pay: $69,996.00 - $85,514.00/year

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Counseling Services to oversee our Counseling Services Team. In this leadership role, you will direct program operations, manage budgets, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure our counseling services meet the needs of clients and funders. You'll also provide direct counseling services, support survivors of domestic violence, and engage in community education and outreach. This is a meaningful opportunity to lead a dedicated team while making a direct impact in the lives of immigrant families and individuals in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct the work of the Counseling Services Team
  • Collaborate with leadership to set program goals and objectives that align with organizational mission and vision
  • Conduct program evaluations using metrics to ensure quality and impact
  • Develop, oversee, and manage counseling program budgets; approve expenses
  • Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families, particularly survivors of domestic violence
  • Conduct outreach and lead community education efforts
  • Represent Cameron House in staff, committee, and community meetings
  • Support other programs and events as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese and English (required); Mandarin is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of management and supervisory experience
  • Experience working with low-income and immigrant families, particularly women and children impacted by domestic violence
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce and Slack preferred
