Reporting to the Director, Civil Rights and Title IX Coordinator, the Assistant Director and Investigator carries out the procedures in the Interim California State University (CSU) Nondiscrimination Policy. This is a full-time temporary 12 month position and is eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, vision and Cal. PERS retirement. Department Summary CRCO is responsible for the University's compliance with critical federal and state laws and regulations and CSU system policies and procedures. CRCO addresses matters regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual misconduct, Clery and public safety, whistleblower protection, and conflict of interest.
