Restaurant Supervisor

Essentials of the position:

  • 1-2 years' experience in the restaurant industry, with proven supervisory experience
  • Maintain team focus and task completion
  • Assist with guest issues
  • Operate all aspects of the line as needed (Fryer, line cook, cashier)
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and grasp for extended periods; mobility in confined spaces
  • Lift and carry supplies up to 30 lbs; place items on shelves in various areas
  • Plate foods according to Starbird guidelines
  • Tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas
  • Weekend and evening shifts required
  • Openness to coaching and mentoring, fostering a learning culture
