Salary: $185,000 – $215,000 per year (depending on experience and geographic location) + annual discretionary, performance-based bonus

The Operations Director is a mission-aligned, systems-savvy leader who ensures Coopers LLP operates with excellence, humanity, and adaptability. This role balances oversight with hands-on implementation, enabling high-functioning teams and future-ready systems. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Leadership Team, they will integrate the firm's growth and development strategy, advance its hospitality-forward service model, and translate vision into operational clarity across the firm.
This role reports to the Managing Partner.
