Job OverviewClient Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and general contractors, serving as their primary point of contact.
Team Coordination: Lead project teams, including engineers, drafters, and field staff, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including material procurement, labor costs, and change orders.
Scheduling: Create and monitor project schedules to meet critical deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve project challenges promptly, maintaining a focus on solutions and client satisfaction.
Qualifications3+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing or a closely related industry.
Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.
Strong understanding of glazing systems, materials, and installation processes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
