Integr8staff, a southern California-based, national staffing and recruitment agency has an immediate career opportunity for a Business Development Manager with recruitment, staffing and/or sales experience to join our team. Responsibilities

• Leverage your negotiation and/or technical background to identify, develop and grow your client base by marketing company's staffing services for direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.
• Make prospecting telephone calls, schedule in-person meetings with decision makers, managers and senior-level executives to promote our company's services to prospective clients.
• Build client relationships to drive and generate business opportunities.
• Aim to solidify our company's presence in the local marketplace by consistently participating in networking events and public relation functions.
• Present qualified candidates based on candidate's qualifications and relevancy to the open position.
• Communicate with hiring managers to determine candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs.
• Plan to attain weekly business generating goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in business development, contract negotiations, and marketing.
• Self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills via email, text and phone.
• Boolean language experience highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and account development skills
• Must be comfortable telemarketing up to 4-6 hours per day
• Bachelor's/Associate's Degree preferred.
• A strong desire to succeed.
