Are you passionate about leveraging analytics to drive strategic decision-making in healthcare? Maimonides Health is seeking a dynamic Director, Strategic Initiatives & Analytics to lead our enterprise reporting and market intelligence efforts. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of data analytics and strategic planning, directly supporting C-suite decision-making and organizational growth.

As our Director, you'll be the architect of our strategic reporting framework, developing critical insights that shape the future of our healthcare organization. Your expertise will drive:

• Executive Reporting: Develop and maintain monthly executive dashboards and enterprise outpatient reports that inform leadership decisions.
• Strategic Planning: Prepare quarterly trend analysis and conduct comprehensive market assessments using internal and external data tools.
• Regulatory Leadership: Lead coordination of regulatory reporting requirements, including annual AHA surveys and compliance initiatives.
• Data Governance: Champion data accuracy and consistency across business intelligence platforms while maintaining enterprise reporting standards.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Provide analytical expertise to operational and financial teams, supporting departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives.

We require:

• Master's Degree.
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare experience.
• Strategy and business intelligence background preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data modeling; expert-level Excel capabilities.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms and data governance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams.

What we offer:

• Salary $140,000-$150,000/yr.
• We offer comprehensive benefits including a 403(b) retirement plan.
