• Training & Development: Ensure all team members are certified through our comprehensive training process and foster an atmosphere of continuous learning.
• Service Culture: Promote a fun, team-oriented environment and ensure consistent, high-quality service experiences for all customers.
• Performance Management: Evaluate team performance and recommend development opportunities and salary adjustments.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all operations align with Del Taco Standards, including maintaining equipment, cleanliness, and uniform compliance.
• Sales & Growth: Assist in setting and achieving sales goals, increase customer counts, and implement local marketing strategies to drive business.
• Profitability: Maintain staffing efficiency, manage inventory meticulously, and adhere to safety and cash handling standards while minimizing operational costs.
