• At Shapiro, our Import Entry Analyst must focus on maintaining a high volume of entries and running an accurate, compliant Customs entry desk. This is not a robotic queue. There is no trucking or traffic involved.

How does your cargo move?

Responsibilities Include

• Providing excellent customer service in an engaging environment, learning and improving knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, vendor relations, internal communication, and monitoring industry developments such as trucking, port operations, customers, and competitors.
• Handling customs entries and client communications.

Education And Experience

• 1-2 years of customs brokerage or import entry experience, preferred handling PGAs, OGAs, and import customs entries, with a strong ocean entry background.
• Educational background in Supply Chain Logistics or International Business preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with PC, MS Office, databases, and vendor systems.
• 2+ years experience with OGA (FDA, USDA, FCC, DOT).
• FLSA: Non-exempt.
