The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely detail-oriented and demonstrate a strong passion for business intelligence and data transformation technologies to support the customers of a rapidly growing SaaS business.
The Customer Data Specialist is a part of the Customer Success team, otherwise known as FMX's secret weapon. We stand out in the industry due to our world-class customer support, which has earned us a 98% customer satisfaction rating! Customer Data Specialists are meticulous in their work and exhibit high attention to detail. The primary objective of this role is to successfully manage end-to-end customer data migration projects from multiple sources during implementation. Customer Data Specialists are expected to take initiative, meet project deadlines, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries. You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment, where you'll be expected to show up every day and impact the strategy and culture of the company in a positive way. You can expect to dedicate 70% of your time to data migrations, 20% customer meetings, and 10% administering product trainings.
