  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in AI/ML technologies. Ability to learn and understand the technical context of programs you drive and contribute to technical discussions that affect the programs.
  • Experience developing technology/operational strategy and translating strategies into program/project plans.
  • Experience in leading transformation initiatives with a knowledge of Operations or Management Consulting.

As a Senior Program Manager I, Strategic Initiatives, you will join the AI and Infrastructure Programs team to drive transformation across the organization. You will mobilize cross-functional teams, deliver solutions, and drive data-driven decision making to deliver a program that supports and accelerates the transformation of the AI and Infrastructure organization.

Responsibilities

  • Set program direction, working with cross-functional stakeholders to outline goals and objectives.
  • Drive the planning and implementation of programs and initiatives, working with leads and stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Be the owner of the status of the projects/programs. Drive visibility on progress, dependencies, risks, and issues to executives and other stakeholders.
  • Manage communication of progress/status with customer groups in various locations and time zones.
  • Leverage the domain expertise, program management experience and leadership skills to help the team improve processes, accelerate program execution, and drive productivity across the portfolio.
