Compensation
Our compensation is aligned with labor costs across various U.S. geographic regions. The base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 up to $180,000 annually. Actual pay is based on several factors, including the specific location, as well as relevant skills, experience, and job-related expertise. Depending on the position, target bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

Position Summary:
The Director of Sales, Food Service will lead sales strategy and execution for Bonduelle Americas across all foodservice channels. This role is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for driving profitable topline growth in alignment with company operating targets.
The Director will own customer-specific revenue, margin, and profitability goals, while expanding product distribution and placement across existing and new accounts. This leader will also play a critical role in strengthening customer partnerships, accelerating innovation, and supporting Bonduelle's sustainability and B Corp commitments.
