Purpose and Scope

The Account Manager, Men's Health - New Jersey/New York (Remote In Territory) will engage Healthcare providers and other key customers within an assigned geographical universe, communicate clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, and consistently deliver product goals. The Account Manager will demonstrate strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations related to product goals. This role will operate in a compliant manner with Tolmar policies and in compliance with all policies governing promotion of pharmaceutical products in the US.

  • Collaborate with regional colleagues, as well as other field-based and home office personnel to address customer needs, market dynamics and trends and develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives within the assigned geography.
  • Participate in and help lead initiatives to support sales success (e.g., industry congresses, local and regional meetings and medical conferences).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in science, business or related field
  • 2 or more years of successful business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses and office managers
Working Conditions
  • Office environment; sitting and standing as needed
  • Overnight travel up to 50%
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Travel by air as required
  • Availability to work extra hours and on weekends as necessary
Compensation

Tolmar compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices including market-based base pay and a strong benefits package. The final compensation offered may vary based on qualifications and experience.

The pay range at commencement of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000/year. Pay ranges may be adjusted during the period 1/1/25 through 12/31/25 due to market changes. Final pay determinations depend on factors including location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
