Job Description

No third-party consultants. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

The role involves working with custom reports compatible with the current version of the tool. Be aware that version or service pack upgrades might affect report functionality.

File arrivals can occur at any time but must be consistent. Daily sync reports should include only active users, with a header row (case-sensitive): Column A = UserId, Column B = RoleName.

The Inactivity Feed Report should list only active users whose last login exceeds 180 days.

Results should display one row per user/role combination, e.g., UserA with two roles removed, UserB with one role removed, UserC with all roles removed.

Both reports must be delivered daily, including weekends and holidays.

Reports may utilize SQL or SQL procedures that need to be created in the HPE Service Automation database.

An Oracle batch job might be used to run SQL procedures as scheduled, with DBA assistance if needed.

Java API may also be employed if required, potentially needing system administrator support.
