Job Title: Clinical Director (Hybrid, Remote)

Compensation: $80,000-$85,000/year

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week direct clinical + 20 hours/week supervision/training)

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and oversee ABA services in a hybrid remote role. This leadership position blends clinical work with supervising and mentoring BCBAs. Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA certification and possess strong leadership skills, experience with ASD populations, and a passion for improving outcomes through evidence-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and ABA programs.
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs (20 hours per week).
• Provide 20 hours per week of direct ABA clinical services.
• Develop, review, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct training sessions for parents and staff.
• Ensure program quality, compliance, and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current and active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and leading clinical teams.
• Strong expertise in ABA, especially with ASD populations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
