Participate in selling products to business customers including business deposit accounts, business credit products, and working with partners including, but not limited to merchant services and ADP payroll services. Service business customers with their business needs in a branch environment. Carry out business banking focused functions over the phone. Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations. Provide information to colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including customers. Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with annual gross sales between $500 k and $2 MM in an assigned territory using customer relationship management tools and systems and coordinate efforts with partners across the bank.
