We are an innovative preventive healthcare company seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager with expertise in DTC to join our team. The Senior Digital Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users and contribute to the growth of our business.

Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the companys objectives and market opportunities.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product development process, from ideation through to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Develop and implement user engagement and adoption strategies to drive usage and retention of our products.
• Manage the design and implementation of subscription models for consumer-facing products, ensuring they deliver value and drive recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance.
• Use tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, and Figma to manage product development activities and communicate with team members.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on product performance.
• Ensure all products comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Figma.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing user engagement and adoption strategies, and leading UI/UX.
• Experience with subscription models and consumer-facing products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Passion for improving health and wellness through technology.
