As a Manager General Management, you will work with the brightest minds to lead solutions that help people live healthier lives. You will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives focused on bringing value back to the point of care via our advanced risk adjustment and quality analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement complex risk adjustment projects, including prospective and concurrent risk models
• Present analysis and recommendations for client success
• High volume data analysis to review client inventory and suggest pathways to success
• Serve as the subject matter expert in multiple retrieval modalities, while supporting complex health plans, ACOs, and other care models
• In a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with many moving parts, develop, enhance and maintain operational information and models. Interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources to tell a meaningful story

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical record retrieval or risk adjustment
• Proven working knowledge of the US healthcare system
• Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare space

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range for this role is $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
