We are seeking a College Success Coach to serve as an advisor and counselor for a caseload of scholars at every step of their educational journey, beginning in the spring of 12th grade through college completion and career planning. The ideal candidate brings a passion for and experience in education or youth development, a tireless commitment to helping scholars overcome barriers, and the ability to contribute to a fast-paced team that works across the state. The College Success team is currently hiring a Coach to support scholars attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with a smaller additional caseload at CSU Bakersfield. This role will require daily in-person support at Cal Poly SLO, with in-person visits to CSU Bakersfield once a week or biweekly, depending on need.
