This is a recruitment for a short-term/temporary position. DEPARTMENT: Performing Arts & Facilities (depending on event)VENUE: The Harold J. Miossi Cultural and Performing Arts Center (CPAC) at Cuesta College Objective. Our primary goal is to create a safe and memorable experience for audience members, performers/presenters, and fellow technicians. All CPAC staff are required to participate in training activities and to foster a positive learning environment for our students. Broad Scope and Function. CPAC Technicians will work under the supervision of the CPAC Supervisor, CPAC Technical Director/ Coordinator, or Back-of-House Facilitator (BOHF) to set up and operate theatrical equipment for live performances and presentations. Technicians should have a strong working knowledge of theatrical systems and both front-of-house & back-of-house etiquette.
