The Data Intelligence & Analytics (DnA) team sits at the heart of The Walt Disney Company's streaming ecosystem—driving business decisions for Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN through analytics, data science, and experimentation. The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Streaming Analytics vertical within DnA is seeking a Director to lead our Commerce Experimentation and Churn Analytics teams which help our business understand and identify opportunities to mitigate both voluntary and involuntary subscriber churn. In this role you will lead and inspire a high-performing team and help foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and impact. This highly visible position requires the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives and strategic insights and will partner closely with business teams across the Disney Entertainment and Product & Technology businesses.

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica and Los Angeles, CA is $184,300-$247,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
