They train and develop Department Managers and their Teams and provide comprehensive, continuous support in accordance with Lassen's operational systems and policies. They possess a complete understanding of these operational systems and policies how they are successfully utilized. They execute, enforce, and build upon these operational systems and policies in cooperation with Lassen's HR and Admin Team.
