Position Overview: As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring efficiency, strategic alignment, and achievement of business objectives. The DOO will oversee the operation of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services, along with Engineering and the Food & Beverage departments. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this leadership role requires a dynamic individual who excels in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development. Your goal will be to maintain Hotel Zoe's reputation as a premier destination for hospitality and excellence.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, management may be required to work varying schedules (including Holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Annual Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 + Discretionary Bonus Plan
