The marketing team will be a pivotal part of this new chapter, tasked with telling our story, expanding our market presence, and accelerating growth.**About the Role**As the Head of Marketing for Adaptive Planning, you will be a founding member of our new leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will be responsible for creating, leading, and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Adaptive Planning business. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic vision and the ability to execute with speed and precision.You will lead a small, dedicated team of product marketers, digital marketers, and content marketers. You'll also work in a matrixed environment with the broader Workday marketing organization, collaborating closely with teams responsible for field marketing, media planning and buying, and events.
