Ernie Ball is looking for talented and dedicated individuals with good attendance and a great work ethic to work in our Electronics Department creating musical instruments

Duties may include:

• Soldering circuit boards and pickups
• Winding, waxing, and magnetizing coils for pickups
• Assembling various parts into subassemblies or completed projects, using holding devices, fixtures, and assembly aids as needed.
• Testing completed electronic assemblies
• Performing quality assurance checks and accurately reporting on completed items
• Maintaining a clean and organized ESD-compliant workspace
• Lifting and carrying various items
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

• Experience working with electronic components and soldering
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Pay Scale: $18.50-$19.00/hr
• Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm Work Schedule
