About the roleAt Aimbridge, the General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations for their assigned property, ensuring financial performance is optimized, high-quality service levels are maintained, and the hotel complies with all regulations and standards. The role requires strong leadership in sales and budget initiatives, effective systems management, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAt least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience. Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
