Key Responsibilities for Service Associates:

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and processing payments.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety protocols to serve fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting, taking on various roles at the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily objectives in a fun and positive work environment.

Eligibility:

• Friendly and supportive team members
• Experience in operations is a plus
• Some high school education
• Food Handler certification may be needed based on local regulations, obtained at your expense

Physical Requirements:

While performing duties, employees may be in hot environments due to steam and food vapors. The workspace is often limited, and standing for long periods is typical. Employees must prepare both hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment including knives, and work quickly while maintaining accuracy. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and reaching across counters measured at 36 inches to assist customers. The kitchen can be hot and noisy, with limited storage space. Employees must successfully adapt to a fast-paced environment and possess effective communication skills.

Pay Range: $21 per hour - $24 per hour. Individual pay is determined based on various factors, including work location and experience.
