Remote Call Center Representative
Pay Rate is $16.00 an hour.
Must have open flexibility and be able to work weekends. Operating hours are 24/7. Production schedules are given during training and will include weekends. Training schedule will be discussed during the interview.

About the Remote Call Center Representative role
As a Customer Experience team member, you assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their supplemental benefits offered through employers that include Flexible & Health Savings Accounts. You manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
