Client Advocate Opportunity

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is looking for a star client advocate to join our Customer Service Division. At DVS, you are not just another cog in the machine: you are a vital part of a diverse and inclusive team dedicated to making a difference. As a client advocate, you will be the healthcare hero for 50 to 70 people every day. You will navigate the world of primary care doctors, medications, appointments, and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and your incredible social skills. The best part? You will have a real impact on people's lives.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (because we all need a little weekend break, right?). You will need to be flexible and ready to work one of our 8-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST. Prepare for an intensive 5-week orientation (don't worry, we will cover it with training and support every step of the way).

Your secret weapons: a good ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions; the ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro; passion for helping others and improving their day.

Your arsenal: high school diploma (but extra points if you have a bachelor's degree); at least one year of insurance operations experience; you are a tech genius and can handle our MANY web-based systems like a boss; you care about details and can keep track of everything.

The cherry on top: experience in healthcare/insurance (if you know medical terminology and benefit plans, we want to hear from you); experience in social work, behavioral health, or anything else that shows you care about helping others; you are a customer service ninja with amazing problem-solving skills.
