Responsibilities

• Provide operational, consultative and collaborative functions within Information Solutions.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the business operations program supporting applications, maintaining system updates, and supporting operational end users.
• Provide proactive and reactive support while maintaining a professional attitude and excellent customer service.
• Participate in team and project meetings; lead designated projects; and provide input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and four years directly related experience; or a bachelors degree or equivalent and two years directly related experience required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
