Our healthcare company is seeking compassionate individuals to join their remote customer care team. The Customer Service Representative will be focused on inbound and outbound calls within the call center to assist patients with questions, scheduling, processing authorizations, customer inquiry, and additional admin tasks as needed. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish.
100% Remote, but need to be able to commute to Hollywood as needed for team training.
Equipment: Company provided Laptop, Headset, and Monitor
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday 8AM-12PM
Training: Must be available to work a full time schedule for training purposes 7:30AM-4PM (from August 11 to September 5)
