Role Overview

Provide essential administrative and technical support to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities span scheduling, cost accounting, financial reporting, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and overall project administration. Project Engineers may also be assigned responsibility for specific sections of work, temporary design, construction engineering, or subcontractor management. You will work alongside project leadership teams and play a critical role in coordinating with clients, trade partners, engineers, architects, and internal staff. Senior-level Project Engineers may also lead planning, scheduling, forecasting, and quality management to ensure technical accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

**Champion safety by actively engaging in training, field inspections, and daily/weekly safety meetings.

**Build and maintain strong relationships with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, clients, and project teams.

**Support crews by anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring materials are available to maintain productivity.

**Manage scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to track project progress and performance.

**Provide accurate and timely communication, documentation, and information flow between stakeholders.

**Review invoices, process payments, and prepare supporting documentation for requisitions and change orders.

**Analyze issues, ask critical questions, gather input, and develop solutions that keep the project on track.
