The Academic Services Department of the Robert E. Kennedy Library at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, is seeking applications for a pool of part-time librarians. Under the direction of the Department Head for Academic Services, a primary responsibility for successful applicants to this part-time position will be the preparation and delivery of library-related instructional workshops for various departments and majors at Cal Poly for one or more quarters of the 25/26 Academic Year. Reference support and outreach support will also fall among the assigned activities. Initial rank and salary for lecturer faculty are based on professional experience and educational background and are determined by the hiring department. Most new lecturers are hired at the Lecturer A or B rank.
