The Hybrid Maintenance Manager (MXM) will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, performance, and management of maintenance on a primary assigned aircraft, while also serving in a hands-on technician capacity to assist other Maintenance Managers across the ACI Jet Fleet, including Textron, Bombardier, Embraer, and Gulfstream aircraft. The MXM will offer expert guidance associated with maintaining aircraft market value and upkeep related to asset management, ensuring the airworthiness of assigned aircraft. The MXM also maintains current technical proficiency and education of aircraft and regulatory requirements. A flexible work schedule is required to meet flight schedules, which may require periodic travel, both domestic and international. It is expected that the applicant maintains industry, business, and company standards while managing customer relationships. Reports To.
