BCTG's direct CPG client is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a multi-year, global SAP program. This is a high-impact role overseeing both SAP S4 and broader end-to-end (E2E) supply chain technology programs (Source, Plan, Make, Deliver, Quality, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full program lifecycle: scope, budget, timeline, risk, and reporting
• Oversee cross-functional teams, vendors, and multiple workstreams
• Ensure business continuity across Source, Plan, Make, Deliver, and Quality domains
• Drive organizational readiness across business, data, and technology layers
• Provide strategic communication and governance at the executive level

Required Experience:

• 20+ years in program/project leadership, including global SAP deployments
• Proven success in E2E supply chain tech programs—not limited to SAP
• Strong executive engagement, financial management, and transformation leadership
• Ability to manage risk, lead cross-functional teams, and align senior stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in GxP-regulated industries
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 and migration best practices
• Excellent communication, planning, and conflict resolution skills
