As a Field Technician I at Holland Pump, you will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance, repair, and servicing of pumps and other related equipment. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and reliability in various applications such as construction dewatering, sewer bypass, flood management, mining, and agriculture. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of pumps and related equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime. Install and configure equipment according to operational requirements and safety standards. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the optimal use and maintenance of equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment performance and assist in the development of maintenance strategies. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively. Ability to work independently in remote environments under challenging conditions.
