What You'll Do:

• Oversee the management of a portfolio of communities, working closely with Board members and homeowners
• Ensure compliance with HOA governing documents, state, and federal regulations
• Handle budgets, financial statements, and community operations
• Attend board meetings, prepare reports, and provide expert guidance on HOA matters
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with Boards and residents
• Other duties as needed

This position is based out of our local office – NOT remote. While you'll travel to the communities in your portfolio as needed, your primary workspace will be in our Central Coast office.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of HOA management experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple communities in a fast-paced setting
