The County of San Luis Obispo and Tri County Regional Energy Network (3 C-REN) are seeking a dynamic and relationship driven candidate to serve as an Energy Program Specialist (County Class: PROGRAM MANAGER I/ II) - Limited Term. The Energy Program Specialist (Program Manager classification) will support the development and delivery of programs administered by 3 C-REN, a collaboration between the Counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo to improve energy efficiency in the tri-county region. The primary focus of the Energy Program Specialist will be related to increasing energy efficiency education and uptake of 3 C-REN programming across the tri-county region through providing education, resources, and support to local public and private building industry professionals as well as residential and commercial customers.
