Description:

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist for our Santa Maria office. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a family-centered clinical setting. Youll play a key role in supporting our staff and clients, keeping the office running smoothly each morning. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in families and clients warmly and professionally Open the office daily; ensure cleanliness and readiness of all common areas Support session logistics: confirm bookings, coordinate pickups, and manage scheduling Pass out and collect tablets and BT materials Monitor and check in/out toys, equipment, and clinical tools Ensure all session notes are submitted dailyno open notes Provide back-up support during BT training or clinical sessions as needed (must have BT training) Assist with assessment days (note-taking or billing support, as directed) General office duties: answer phone calls, organizing materials, light cleaning, filing, and tech support Qualifications: Bilingual English and Spanish (required) BT (Behavior Technician) training (preferred) Friendly and professional demeanor; team-player attitude Organized, reliable, and able to multitask Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic office technology Must be dependable and punctual Previous experience in a clinical or educational office is a plus Additional Information: This is a part-time, on-site position located in Santa Maria, CA Up to 20 hours per week Occasional support hours may be available based on team and clinical needs Great opportunity to grow with an organization committed to making a difference in the community
