Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 days in office, remainder at home; can be located outside any Hub in the US)

Introduction:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Compliance Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. This role ensures that Sub-Market lease documentation aligns with corporate standards, manages projects across 19 Sub-Markets, and supports legal coordination and compliance functions. Ideal for self-starters with contract expertise and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of Sub-Market lease packages with corporate policies and guidelines
• Review lease documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data accurately into FUZE system.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert by coaching regional staff and team members through webinars, classes, and individual support.
• Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on specialized environmental and real estate matters.
• Engage in negotiation and development of master agreements for new technologies.
• Independently manage multiple assignments and projects across 19 Sub-Markets.
• Apply analytical thinking to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Formulate strategic plans and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate compliance or wireless industry contracting.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting legal contracts.
• Proven negotiation and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and autonomous work ethic.
• Experience leading and mentoring others is preferred.
