Our client is seeking a Principal Engineer - High Speed IC Research & Development. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of high-performance analog ICs that enable next-generation communication networks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, lay out, and bring up ultra high-speed analog ICs
• Drive the development and validation of custom ICs for high-capacity networking systems
• Collaborate with verification, CAD, product, and test engineering teams to define and execute DVT and characterization plans
• Evaluate and optimize circuit performance using RF probing and lab tools

• Proven experience designing high-speed analog ICs using SiGe BiCMOS or CMOS
• Solid grasp of transmission lines, passive high-frequency structures, and device physics
• Hands-on skills with RF lab equipment and analog IC evaluation
• Familiarity with VerilogA and CAD scripting languages (Skill, Python, Shell) is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Master's degree with 3+ years
