Legal Recruiter | Business Solutions Manager

Reputable full-service litigation law firm is seeking an experienced legal billing coordinator for their Los Angeles office. This potential candidate must have 3 years of billing experience in a law firm (Required). Also needs to know how to generate, edit and prepare monthly pre-bills such as invoices. Additionally, it is very important that this potential candidate must be experienced with Electronic billing.

-Seeking the right candidate that has ability to read and interpret engagement letters and complicated government contracts to determine and apply client and matter level rate structures.

-Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, handling high volume legal bills.

-Experienced working directly with attorneys in a law firm or professional setting.

-Deadline driven and focused, tech savvy that can transition and adapt to new technology.

-Proficient with MS office suite.

Top Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • 3 + years of legal billing experience from a law firm
  • Experienced with the legal billing software- Aderant or Elite
  • Ability to read and interpret engagement letters and complicated government contracts to determine and apply client and matter level rate structures.

Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (1 day from home)
