Responsibilities

• Work on complex litigation cases, including product liability, class action, and commercial litigation.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients in a team-oriented environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• 7-10 years of litigation experience, including California state court litigation.
• Federal court experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between $190,000 – $350,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually. The firm offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability income protection, transportation allowance, retirement plan, and paid leave programs.
