Ability to perform housekeeping duties following sanitation and safety standards and current guidelines in a timely and efficient manner without compromising quality. Promptly communicate concerns with resident's health and/or unsafe living conditions to management. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and politely in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
