Provide in-person surgical support including equipment setup, intraoperative assistance, and post-op follow-up. Act as the clinical expert for therapy setup, device programming, and patient education. Educate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff through in-services, 1:1 trainings, and workshops. Stay current on product updates, competitive technologies, and best practices. Support the sales team with clinical insight, product recommendations, and customer relationships. Maintain documentation, manage product orders/replacements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Mentor and onboard new team members as needed. Partner with regional and corporate teams to support broader initiatives. Qualifications. Required:Bachelor's degree.
