General Summary:
Responsible for providing advice and services on transactional legal matters, utilizing knowledge of law, legal principles, common practice, and policies related to one's practice area and in support of QCT's business units and strategies. Maintains awareness of legal risks and compliance standards. Analyzes potential business offers/proposals and drafts, negotiates, and reviews agreements and policies to support legal and BU needs. Collaborates across departments and organizations to gather information and develop legal solutions and strategy in support of the business needs.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$165,600.00 - $248,400.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
