As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in our bakery-cafe's success by leading shifts, fostering team development, and upholding the high standards our guests expect.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.

• Building engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.

• Leading, managing, and developing team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed their goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience—celebrating their successes along the way.

• Participating in the interviewing and selection process.

• Training the team in food safety standards and ensuring compliance.

• Contributing to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

This Opportunity Is for You If You:

• Are at least 18 years of age.

• Have 1+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred).

• Can lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment.

• Hold a ServSafe certification (or are willing to achieve certification).

• Are available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Understand that any job offer for this position is conditional upon the results of a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds.

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.

• Must be able to communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment.
