As one of the top ABA service providers in the United States and a certified Great Place to Work, our commitment and dedication continue to drive our exceptional care.What would this role do?The Program Coordinator (PC) position at 360 Behavioral Health, Support Services is a supervisory role that coordinates Direct Support Professionals (DSP), clients and their families, Regional Center, the Company, and the Local Office. Their role is to provide oversight and support to their DSPs in the field, ensuring service objectives are met with high quality, that families continue to receive services from Regional Center, and that services are provided collaboratively among all parties. The Program Coordinator manages their caseload to align with the company's standards and expectations and provides support to ensure the efficient operation of the Local Office.What we offerCompetitive compensation ($23.00-$25.00/hourly)Student loan repayment assistance for eligible rolesBonus programs for eligible rolesCareer development and advancement opportunitiesGreat company cultureExpansive Health, Vision, and Dental plans for full-time partners401(K) retirement savings planMileage and phone reimbursementAnd more!Role ResponsibilitiesLive the company's core values of customer focus, participation, continuous improvement, leadership, and mutual learning.Ensure 85% of clinical direct services are delivered monthly.Manage client services to minimize cancellations and coordinate make-up hours.Collaborate on program designs and behavior support plans with regional centers and behavioral agencies.Provide clinical consultation on behavior plans and programming.Deliver timely written program summaries and progress reports.Conduct staff and professional development meetings.Offer direct services as needed to support supervision.Implement feedback from the Department Manager regarding DSPs and clients.Must HavesAt least 1 year of clinical experience with individuals with diverse diagnoses or disabilities.1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.High School Diploma or GED (minimum); pursuing a bachelor's degree preferred.Reliable transportation.Successfully complete background checks and TB screening.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sit, stand, run for long periods.Nice to HavesAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Strong clinical and leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Self-motivated, responsible, organized, with excellent communication skills.Experience serving culturally and linguistically diverse families.Comfortable working in homes of families with limited resources.360 Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
