They report to the Client Executive/Principal Architect and collaborate to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet PBK's standards.Your Responsibilities Supervise project teams to produce compliant and quality documents across all phases.Ensure project adherence to contractual agreements, budgets, goals, and work scope.Communicate professionally with staff, consultants, and vendors.Organize and direct architectural/engineering teams for coordinated execution.Make sound decisions, support reasoning, and involve relevant stakeholders.Mentor junior staff and oversee their assignments.Maintain positive client relationships and keep them informed of progress.Provide leadership and technical advice for construction documents, detailing, and finishes.Support supervision and delegation alongside Client Executive/Principal Architect.Perform Construction Administration duties as needed.Occasional travel may be required.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field; Architecture License preferred.7+ years of professional experience preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit; knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites is a plus.DSA experience required for California-specific roles.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Knowledge of building codes.Additional Details The salary range is $110,930 - $166,395, with compensation influenced by experience and qualifications.
