Responsibilities
  • Process and manage payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update payroll systems as required.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process various payroll reports and tax filings on time.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage employee leave, benefits, and other related payroll adjustments.
  • Assist with the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Manager with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, such as ADP or Paychex.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
